Hot Flash Sleepwear

So last night I journeyed to Tommy's Tavern to see one of my favorite bands of all time and of 2009, Spider Bags. My love for Spider Bags began at the very same place my love for Titus Andronicus began, at Maxwell's in NJ. I don't remember much about that show but I do remember than Daniel McGee and Patrick Stickles sang Waking Up Drunk together and it was something of an epic moment. Well, last night I wasn't expecting anything nearly as epic, but I must say, it was almost better. I really didn't want to see any other band last night except for Spider Bags really, but I'm so glad I did. I've seen Liquor Store a few times and the others I've never even heard of. Well, Foster Care is my new favorite band and Jon Wesley Coleman was fucking amazing and of course, Spider Bags killed it. Tommy's wasn't so bad after all.
